UT Students, Faculty Honored at Communications Banquet (695)
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Nine University of Tennessee-Knoxville students were awarded Scripps-Howard scholarships at the UT College of Communications Honors Banquet Thursday. The scholarships are named for Scripps-Howard reporters, managers and advertisement executives. The Ernie Pyle News-Editorial Student of the Year award went to Catheryne Pully of Greenback, Tenn. Pyle was a Scripps-Howard World War II
