An award will be presented Friday to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville for having exceptional safety belt usage among faculty, staff and students. The presentation will be made at 10:30 a.m. in Room 549 City-County Building by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Program.
